Bolt Feeding Station with Sensor
In this station, the vibratory bowl brings flange bolts into the correct position and feeds them to the automatic screwdriving system. A sensor on the outlet track monitors the part level on the line and helps ensure feeding takes place exactly when needed.
Units such as the bowl feeder, linear track and hopper can be adjusted independently, each with its own speed control unit with digital display. This makes the feeding pace fully compatible with the cycle time of the screwdriving system.
