We serve the automotive, defence, pharmaceutical, machinery, electrical, electronics, chemical and white goods industries. With many years of experience in these sectors, we develop feeding solutions tailored to every part and every production line. If you work in another industry, we will be glad to evaluate your part as well.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes. From our workshop in Tuzla / Istanbul we ship on request to every region of Türkiye and abroad, and we also handle export orders. Shipping and packaging details are planned together with you at the order stage.
What information is needed for a quotation?
Photos or a technical drawing of the part, a sample part if possible, the target number of parts per minute, the orientation in which the part must enter the machine and a short description of your line layout are enough. With this information we prepare the most suitable system and quotation for you.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Yes. In line with our principle of unconditional customer satisfaction, we stay by your side after delivery. When adjustments, part changes, capacity increases or wear occur, our technical team quickly assesses the situation and provides a solution.
When was the company founded?
VİBSTAR Otomasyon was founded in 2011. Our team’s experience in the machinery and automation sector goes back to 1989.
Do I need to send a sample part?
A sample part is very important so that the orienting track can be designed correctly and the system can be tested with your part before delivery. You can send the sample by courier or bring it to our workshop; at the quotation stage, photos and dimensions are sufficient for a preliminary assessment.
Can you build a feeding system for our existing machine?
Yes. We engineer our feeding systems according to your machine’s feed point, height and layout. If needed, we adapt the system to your existing line with a stand, a suitable linear track length, an elevator hopper and a noise reduction enclosure.
Can the feed rate be adjusted later?
Yes. By adjusting the vibration intensity of the bowl and linear feeders with the speed control unit, the feed rate can be matched to the pace of your line. We also assess together any changes needed for different parts or capacities.
