Polyurethane Coating

Polyurethane coating is a durable protective layer applied to the bowl and track surfaces that the part contacts in vibratory feeding systems. It helps prevent scratches and dents, especially on surface-sensitive, painted or coated parts, and by reducing metal-to-metal contact it also lowers operating noise.

The coating type and thickness are determined by evaluating the part material, weight, surface sensitivity and the operating conditions. In addition to newly built systems, we also assess existing bowls with worn coatings.
