Bushing and Sleeve Vibratory Feeder
Bushings, sleeves and similar cylindrical metal parts need a special orienting track design because of their weight and tendency to roll. In this application, the parts move along the spiral track of the bowl, and those in the correct position pass onto the outlet track and are delivered directly to the feed point of the production machine.
The inside of the bowl is coated to protect the part surfaces and reduce operating noise. Mounted on a sturdy steel stand right next to the machine, the unit was integrated into the line in a short time.
