Hopper Bowl Feeder with Pneumatic Escapement
We start every project with a 3D design prepared for the needs of the part and the machine. In the unit shown, the hopper on an aluminium profile frame transfers parts to the bowl feeder; oriented parts reach the pneumatic escapement via the linear track, and the escapement releases them to the machine one at a time and at the right moment.
During design, the position, height and connection points of all units are defined according to your machine layout. This shows before manufacturing that the system will fit your line perfectly and shortens commissioning time.
